A year after Eluize’s debut release on Night Tide, the label has invited friends Ena Cosovic, Panorama Channel, and Gratts & NIBC to re-imagine a selection of her tracks.

Eluize is an Australian-born DJ, producer, and vocalist. She draws inspiration from all corners of the globe and has a passion for combining the music she uncovers and creates to shape soundtracks for all hours on the dancefloor.

In May 2016, she launched her Night Tide that stands for deep melodic electronic music, beauty in sound, and collaborations between sonic and visual artists from around the world. The debut release on Night Tide, Talk In Technicolour’ heralds originals from Eluize, remixes from Hans Berg and SETH NK and a spoken word piece. The EP ranges from dubby and spacious deep house to techno, using a unique blend of pristine vocals, orchestral instruments, drum machines and synths.

2017 saw Eluize drop her second solo EP For the Forgetful on Night Tide in June, as well as an EP of remixes and unreleased jams Technicolour Shift in October.

On this remix package, Eluize adds her piece to the pack, unveiling a secret track made especially for the cassette release. “Never Think Before You Begin” is an ambient affair, slowed down and intimate, built from twisted vocal elements and layered piano punctuated with grainy percussive hits. The label founder also reworked “Make Me Sin” into a dub of sorts, stripping out the vocals to make space for the beautifully performed keys, uplifting arps, and rippling leads to take centre stage.
