Last month, Barcelona-based producer Sau Poler shared the first taste of his debut EP, A Soundless Echo, via the organic and unhurried cut “Rutes.” Now, with Poler’s debut effort out today via the Applescal-helmed Atomnation label, we’re privy to another EP cut. Like “Rutes,” opening track “Isolated” showcases Sau Poler’s patient production aesthetic, one which takes its inspiration from artists like Gold Panda and Four Tet to make for an outing that is invitingly melodic but still as appropriate for dancefloor action as it is for headphone enjoyment.
