Two of Balearic disco’s undisputed greats have united (again) for this song. With his meandering musical travelogue, Where You Go I Go Too, now released, Lindstrøm handed off “The Long Way Home” to fellow Norwegian and frequent collaborator Prins Thomas, who edited the 15-plus-minute number down to about six. This remix is pretty, and there’s not really a better word to describe it. It left stars in the eyes and a smile on the face of our melancholy-hampered in-house contributor.
