Not every band can chant “Afrika Bambaataa” multiple times over some drum beats and successfully call the endeavor a song, but that’s just another reason to like the outrageous Brazilian baile-punksters in Bonde Do Role. And come December 4, said track, whose actual name is “Marina Gasolina,” will be released as a new version on Domino.

The Marina Gasolina EP will also include remixes of BDR tracks by the likes of Ladytron, Peaches, and fellow Brazilian’s CSS, along with some new material. And though the trio claims to have been “beaten, battered, and bruised” due to its last tour, antics on the road will continue through the beginning of December.
