Yavor Zografski a.k.a SMYAH is a music producer and filmmaker based in Sofia, Bulgaria. Being hugely inspired by the drum&bass, dubstep and soundsystem culture, SMYAH’s sound fuses those worlds, swinging from broken beats to leftfield bass and aerial, cinematic elements. His constant pursuit to innovate musically has left a lot of freedom to experimentation and sonical discoveries. Having three EPs behind, SMYAH is currently working on his first full length album (due Autumn).
He is also founder of Sound in Picture – a platform that brings together music producers and visual artists in collaboration, a creative outlet for artists of all kind where sound is expressed through visuals and vice-versa: www.soundinpicture.com.
