Jesse Kendal, aka Kendl, is an Australian electronic musician who creates electronic music that instils a human aesthetic and natural, emotionally charged flow.​

Having grown up in a musical household littered with instruments, Jesse found his solace in music at a very young age. Instead of learning how to read sheet music, however, Jesse was more intrigued by freely playing instruments and allowing his imagination to create beautiful sounds and textures. It was a way to help him manage his anxiety throughout childhood. This free flow approach has directly shaped his sound and the way he writes music today. ​

Since debuting in 2017 with his debut EP, ‘Colours’, Kendl’s music has accrued over 5 million streams across Apple and Spotify and has been featured in Huffington Post, Magnetic Magazine, Dancing Astronaut and Indie Shuffle.​

2019 saw the self-release of his split single ‘Ella / Manyara’, which received rave reviews on Triple J Unearthed and placed in the top 10 on Hype Machine popular charts. Kendl builds upon his musical universe with his upcoming EP, ‘Dreamlike’.
