The man behind Liffecutter is Domen Učakar, whose musical career appears certainly comfortable in being fed by the multiplicity of inputs belonging to different music genres. From metal and hardcore punk to 90’s WARP catalogue to industrial and noise. It is the sum of the influences plus his devotion to the physicality of masses of distortions that forged the project for what it is. He has performed his work with live sets on many concerts through the cities of Europe, from Berlin, Milano, to Moscow, Vilnius and Belgrade and on many occasions in his home country of Slovenia. In 2018 he was a part of the SHAPE platform roster and is a resident at SONICA festival in Ljubljana.
