For the past two years, Megan Andricos (Sappho) and Damon Boucher have been collaborating on music together, culminating in their first full length LP, The Desire Suite, releasing Friday, November 5th. 

 
Longtime music lovers and producers, Sappho & Damon, met on a dancefloor in 2014. Damon was producing music with several local artists at that time, while Sappho had been a DJ in the Pacific Northwest for 15 years. Their deep mutual admiration for queer dance music and club culture brought them together in Damon’s studio, where they were collaborating in person until the pandemic began. The Desire Suite was written over quarantine when Sappho & Damon were isolated and separated from their partners. They wrote a collection of minimal but emotionally tender deep house tracks. This contemplative album reflect the desire and longing through physical separation, but most of all celebrates queer love.
