Loxxe took up DJing after living in Osaka, Japan, after being inspired by the city’s energy and intensity. Her selections and productions frequently draw inspiration from 8-bit retro gaming culture, as well as from her background as a bass guitarist and pianist. Her sound is techno at the core, but also has versatile layers of deep house, melodic progressive, nu-disco, retro wave and minimal.
