Spectateur is an electronic music producer and beatmaker from Nantes, France.
He has been developing his uniquely eclectic sound for more than 15 years now alongside the release of and participation in several musical projects. As a versatile creative, he can relish in trip hop and ambiant atmospheres before jumping out into more bassy and percussive productions, also explaining his affiliations with a carefully diverse group of collectives, such as the beatmakers of Tour de Manège or the French Touch Connection and Melting Records.

After several Eps, Spectateur released his first album « Yateveo » in 2016, a first long form peek into his universe, distributed with the support of « The French Touch Connection » (TFTC). The year after, he returns with his second LP « Their dreams » making his mark as a beatmaker to be reckoned with, thanks to a more diverse and complete project.
His music is a reflection of his lifestyle, open to the outside world, filled with music from all around the globe as described by the title of his 2018 project « Traveling Vol. 1 ». project to complete his fruitfull body of work.

The electic nature of Spectateur’s work has allowed him to perform all across France, his home country, but also in Canada, the US, Morocco, Greece and even England, sharing the stage with undeniable live acts such as Shigeto, Thylacine, Dorian Concept, Odezenne, Trae The Truth, Elaquent, Al Tarba and more.
