Weekly Selections: StageONE Art Basel, Spectral Sound / Ghostly International at Flash, RPR Soundsystem at Fabric
Our weekly top picks of events from around the globe.
This week’s picks is all about Saturday. As Art Basel hits Miami so does the dance party scene with a number of events taking place throughout the weekend. Saturday afternoon, Miami’s Minimax and Brooklyn’s Verboten team up for the Verboten StageONE Art Basel edition hosting acts Art Department, Black Coffee, Matthew Dear, and others at a popup event in Wynwood. The event goes all day from 1pm until 2am, and tickets are available via XLR8Rhere.
In Washington DC, Flash continues its string of quality bookings on Saturday night with a Spectral Sound / Ghostly Int’l showcase, represented by Spectral’s Ryan Elliot and Ghostly’s Heathered Pearls.
With Romania’s Interval festival wrapped up over in Bucharest, Rhadoo, Petre Inspirescu, and Raresh take RPR Soundsystem to Fabric‘s main room also this Saturday, while the second room hosts resident Terry Francis, plus Alan Fitzpatrick and Slam.
