Ann Arbor-based producer D’Marc Cantu will next land on Richard Fearless’ fledgling Drone imprint with the “Decay” b/w “Rival” 12″. The two-track record will serve as Drone’s third release and follows behind Cantu’s recentZONE 4 EP for Barcelona’s Shaddock label. While the a-side of the Michigan producer’s upcoming 12″ is described as “a piece of repetitious, dance-inducing machine fun,” the record’s b-side, “Rival,” is said to be the result of an “unedited analog session” recorded in one take straight from Cantu’s Volca drum machine.

Set to arrive on January 26, the artwork for Cantu’s forthcoming 12″ is on display below.
