Barcelona-based producer Cardopusher is set to deliver another EP for his own Classicworks, which has previously played host to releases from label co-head and frequent collaborator Nehuen, Matrixxman, and Vin Sol. Having already built up a lengthy discography, The Police Are Coming reportedly finds the Venezuela-born producer treading familiar terrain that spans from “percussive EBM to lo-fi warehouse acid.” The forthcoming issue also includes remixes by Nehuen and fellow Barcelona producer Phran and is set to land on October 6; both the artwork and a tracklist have been posted below. Meanwhile, Cardopusher’s exclusive XLR8R podcast from 2012, which is loaded with “thundering beats, hyperactive rhythms, ravey synths, crunchy acid sounds, and vast array of vintage drum-machine samples” is also still available for stream and download here.
