In anticipation of its forthcoming debut LP for Secretly Canadian, London-based “swoon-pop” outfit Woman’s Hour has enlisted the talents of Ghostly affiliate Fort Romeau to remix the album’s title track, “Conversations”—a breezy rework that can now be streamed in full. Stretching the track to seven minutes, Fort Romeau (who XLR8R had a quick chat with a few weeks back) repurposes the original tune’s bright guitar strums and sugary synths, placing them over a disco-lined house beat, while reducing Woman’s Hour’s vocal contributions to rhythmically locked murmurs.

The debut LP from Woman’s Hour is set to see its release on July 15. In the meantime, Fort Romeau’s summer-soaked remix of “Conversations” can be streamed below.
