Four Tet Preps Two 12"s for Text; Stream a New Track Now

Over the past year or two, Four Tet (a.k.a. Kieren Hebden) has maintained a prolific rate of output that would be all but impossible for most artists, yet the UK producer continues to turn out quality offerings, seemingly without a need to slow down or even take a break. Once again speaking via his Twitter account this morning, Hebden has announced three upcoming releases on his Text imprint, including a pair of 12″s from his own Percussions moniker. Also on tap is a 12″ from a mysterious producer named Taraval, whose Streetways EP will reportedly hit stores on the same day as the two Percussions releases, which Hebden estimates will be around April 28. As for the Percussions 12″s, they are titled “KHLHI” b/w “Sext” and “Ascii Bot” b/w “Blatant Water Cannon.” A stream of the latter track has also been shared online, so we’ve posted it below, along with the artwork for all three releases.
