Estonian producer Bert Prikenfeld (a.k.a. Bert On Beats) has lent his globetrotting style to Portuguese label Enchufada’s free, bimonthly Upper Cuts series, now entering its third season. Without allegiance to a particular country or genre, “Arriba” weds tropical rhythms to a Middle Eastern flute refrain, with occasional accordion lines teasing around the brash, UK bass-influenced production.
