It was exactly four days ago when we discovered that Hotflush label boss Scuba was preparing to unveil both a new live show and a fresh single in the weeks to come. You still have to wait for the November 3 premiere of DJ/producer Paul Rose’s stage performance at the Shoreditch Warehouse in London, but you can listen to “Talk Torque” now. The ebullient tune—which, admittedly, reminds us quite a bit of the title track last year’s powerful, XLR8R Pick’d Adrenalin EP—was given its inaugural spin on Pete Tong’s Essential Selection yesterday, and can now be streamed via the player below. Look for Scuba’s “Talk Torque” single to drop digitally on October 29, with the limited-edition vinyl arriving on November 12.
