In the wake of this year’s Sonar festival concluding on June 16, Barcelona will be alive with loads of afterparties, including the LuckyMe-sponsored Rustie and Friends jumpoff, which will be held at the city’s famed Moog club with help from Spanish crew CALOR. The party boasts an enviable lineup featuring DJ sets by none other than Glaswegian DJ/producer Rustie and a swarm of LuckyMe cohorts—such as Machinedrum, Eclair Fifi, and “secret guests”—and also includes a free three-track download with every advance ticket purchase. Although advance tickets for the event are nearly sold out, you can still snag one of the exclusive tracks courtesy of Scotland’s S-Type (a.k.a. Bobby Perman). Featuring hard-hitting hip-hop influenced drums and an abundance of synth mayhem, “Sweet Vixen” is perfectly in line with the sounds that tend to surface from the LuckyMe collective, but it’s also a herald of good things to come when S-Type’s debut record comes out later this year.
