Oneohtrix Point Never is about to release a set of four remixes from his critically acclaimed 2011 LP, Replica. OPN is the sample-wielding, ambient-leaning project of Brooklyn’s Daniel Lopatin, who has a few albums under his belt and an imprint under the umbrella of indie mainstay Mexican Summer, called Software. The four remixes were selected from “a handful of OPN’s friends and favorites,” including the likes of Berlin techno stalwart Surgeon, British vocalist and folk experimentalist Richard Youngs, and two edits featuring contributions from Limpe Fuchs and King Midas Sound‘s Roger Robinson, by Matmos and Lopatin himself, respectively. Entitled Dog In The Fog – Replica Collaborations & Remixes, the EP will see a digital release on June 12 via Software. Before then, you can check out the tracklist, along with a stream of Matmos’ edit and some upcoming OPN tour dates, below.
