Here, Italian producer Billy Bogus reworks his own disco outing “Lords of Death” into an oddball house number, a song set for release next month as part of an upcoming remix album on Nang Records. Bogus uses an unusual array of sounds in this composition, especially on the bass parts, which at times come in airy blurts and at other times in sustained warbles. The song’s structure is also fairly unusual, with sudden, dramatic changes in place of more traditional builds and drops. “Lords of Death (Billy Bogus Rework)” will appear on Night Movie: The Remake, which will contain 10 remixes of tunes that originally appeared on Bogus’ album from last year, Night Movie.
