Jakub Ziołek is one of the most important people in today’s Polish underground music scene. He is a founder of such projects as Stara Rzeka, Innercity Ensemble, Alameda, Clinamen & T’ien Lai and also a leader of Milieu L’Acéphale artistic collective and Brutality Garden record label. Famous for his genre-bending work, fascinated by Brazilian and Portuguese musical culture, African rhythms and modern electronics, Ziołek brings new meaning to the fusion of pop and experimental music.
