Phondupe is the warped brainchild of Sydney producer Rich Lucano – a hyperactive synthesis of restless soundscapes, twisted field samples and brooding vocals. Rich explores identity, consciousness and internal dialogues through a mashup of analog electronica and pop, that has seen him share stages with luminaries like Jon Hopkins, Machinedrum and Kiasmos. His music has been celebrated by the likes of EARMILK, Clash Mag & VICE. In 2019 he founded his own label, Air Con Records.
