Originating from the mountains of the Pacific Northwest, self-taught electronic producer, Rohne (Keenan Branch), discovered his craft while traveling the world with a laptop, headphones, and field recorder. The culmination of ideas and inspirations captured at his home studio, mobile set ups in India, and places in between, led to the release of his debut work, “Meridian”. Following the first release, a dedication to creating stillness through a simple life unfolded. Days of isolation, walks in the forest, and studio time stood as the foundation to explore his love of philosophy and the boundaries of creativity. Now following Rohne’s first release in over a year “Ceres”, comes new single “Twelve” – A blend of piano melodies, stretched soundscapes, synth textures, and broken rhythms. The emotive, yet uplifting sound holds remnants of Rohne’s previous work, while showing his drive for relentless sonic exploration.
