Loxxe (Laura Elliott) is an emerging Toronto-based DJ and producer who brings bold and dynamic sets to any party she plays. Her sound is techno at the core, but also has versatile layers of deep house, melodic progressive, nu-disco, trance and minimal. She’s performed at some of the biggest events and festivals across Toronto, such as Harvest Festival, Everybody, Promise Cherry Beach and the Sunday Afternoon Social.

A former bass guitarist and classical pianist, Loxxe took up DJing after living in Osaka, Japan, inspired by the city’s energy and intensity. She frequently draws inspiration from 8-bit retro gaming culture in her selections and productions. Currently she hosts a monthly online radio show on n10.as as turbo_ether called Extra Life featuring mainly downtempo and ambient, nostalgic music.
