Deep synth melodies and pulsing grooves abound on this b-side tune from the lastest DJ/producer to sign with Eliot Lipp’s Old Tacoma imprint, 20-year-old Jacksonville, FL resident Charles Weinert (a.k.a. Sir Charles). The auspicious artist will drop his first-ever release, the “Distant” b/w “Escape” 12″, on July 19, and has a handful of live performances and festival appearances slated for later in 2011.
