Over on Bandcamp, French producer Fulgeance recently posted his self-released Mini Club EP, a beat-oriented collection of tunes built primarily from “sound-library” samples. The digital offering follows his first full-length album, To All of You (released on Melting Pot last year), and precedes his LP set to drop this fall via RX:TX, Step Thru. “GR8 MMNT,” the opening track on Mini Club, is largely composed of ’80s-referencing synths and bubbly keyboard riffs, making for a kind of funky beat music with a bouncy twist. Here’s hoping Fulgeance’s EP is enough to keep you sated until his next full-length drops.
