Last month, budding London producer Otik offered up the tough, rolling “Tremble” in our Downloads section, and the track went over well enough with the XLR8R faithful that it nabbed the second spot on our Top 20 Downloads of January list. Now, Otik has returned to our pages with “Thugluv,” a silky, vocal sample-laden slice of house-infused bass music that precedes his forthcoming EP for the fledgling Prism Tracks imprint. Before dropping Otik’s upcoming record—the details of which are still under wraps—the label plans to float out a few more freebies, the first of which you can grab here.
