Arriving later this month as a limited-edition 7″ via Portland’s Zam Zam Sounds, African King is the latest record by UK roots and dub-reggae producer Jah Warrior (a.k.a. Steve Mosco). This b-side version of Mosco’s new track is a contemporary spin on classic dubwise sounds—boasting a solid four-on-the-floor with loads of delayed lasers and piano stabs drifting in the background as sharp and punchy percussion groove with the essential sub frequencies.
