UK-based label Bad Taste is poised to submit its first international release at the end of July when it drops Out on the Floor, the latest EP by New York DJ/producer Tony Quattro. The record features four original works by Tony Quattro and four remixes, including this version of “Back Swipe” by the elusive producer Lean Low, whose refashioned beat uses the pugnacious “back swipe” vocal sample from Quattro’s original production to create a juke/footwork-leaning rhythm that eventually caves into a more fluid pulse.
