Italian-born, London-based DJ/producer Baunz has offered up a new, disco-flecked freebie to help introduce himself to the XLR8R faithful. Fortunately for all of us, Baunz’s “Cinderella Curfew” has many of the attributes necessary to make a shining dancefloor cut—including crisp drums, an enticing bassline, and a few tasteful vocal bits. The buzzing synth stabs are a nice touch, too. In truth, Baunz’s “Cinderlla Curfew” has enough late-night vibes to it that perhaps “Cinderella Stays Out Past Her Curfew” would probably have made for a more appropriate title.
