British label Immersed Audio has announced a forthcoming collaborative release from Pablo Rocc (a.k.a. Jason Foreman of 2SuckaDJs) and Lakosa (a.k.a. Steffan Smith), which will drop exclusively via Juno on November 12. The pair, purportedly a father-son duo, helmed two tracks each and worked together on the record’s title track, which they have offered up as a sample of what’s to come. Although the song’s name suggests a level of emergency, “Code Red” is nice and clean, with woozy synth swipes and echoing diva vocals mingling in warm, alert house vibes.
