The 1080p tape label is set to continue building its catalog at a speedy pace with the Club Amniotics album on its way later this month from MCFERRDOG, a new alias of burgeoning NYC producer Max McFerren. Pulled from the 10 “fantastical, weird-as-I-wanna-be experiments” featured on the record is “I Wanna See,” a particularly emotive piece of uptempo house which bends curiously pitched vocal snippets atop its set of pulsing piano chords and airy pads. Though a bit off-beat, there is something intrinsically catchy and surprisingly uplifting to McFerren’s track. Those curious to see where else the stateside producer plans to take his MCERRDOG project will have to wait until April 22, when Club Amniotics drops in both cassette and digital form. In the meantime, a video for “I Wanna See”—featuring an endearingly miniature narrative—can be watched after the jump.
