As a sort of Christmas gift, online music hub Immersed Audio is giving away a four-track compilation featuring tracks from its 2012 releases. Included in the holiday package is a this tune from Seattle-based DJ/producer Futurewife, who appeared on XLR8R in September just before he dropped the It Gets Better EP via Immersed Audio. “Isla,” which was taken from the b-side of that EP, is a smooth and glittery production composed of sharp snares and female vocal embellishments which build up before dropping into a happily bouncing bass.
