Parisian newcomer Cvd (a.k.a. Charles Dollé) recently released his first official EP, Surgical Goldsmith, with the help of his record collective Velour. Today, the young producer has provided the soothing “Jungle Cahandy,” a tune that fittingly demonstrates Dollé’s aptitude for harmoniously coalescing various electronic influences; in this case, Eastern-inspired strings and LA-indebted rhythms. The glittering track commences with crackling snippets of aerial vocals and feathery tings, before leaning in with a clunking, staggered beat.
