Australian producer Dro Carey (pictured above) has just shared with us this hip-hop-slanted instrumental remix of “Nightshift in Blue” by fellow Sydney-based artist Jonti. The original tune appeared on Jonti’s debut album, Twirligig, which came out last year through Stones Throw. On his remix, Dro Carey transforms the quirky indie-pop tune into a slice of lean beatwork that employs subtle use of Jonti’s original synth lick and short vocal snippets.
