Today, San Francisco’s Reilly Steel is dropping his sophomore EP, Those Happy Days, via Top Billin, the follow-up to his Challenger EP, which RISLabs put out earlier this year. (You may remember the MikeQ remix we posted from that release.) “Oh So Nice” appears on Steel’s new EP, along with a remix by 5kinandbone5 and three other originals. Like the rest of the EP, “Oh So Nice” is a dark piece of bass music with a heavy emphasis on crisp, fast-paced percussion. The song begins with sharp synth stabs and a chopped vocal hook before crawling arpeggios in a minor key ease their way into the mix. After snagging the tune, take a look at the EP’s artwork and tracklisting, following the jump.
