Last week, Let’s Play House released the latest EP from Dutch producer Perdu.

Following on from recent outings from Klubbhuset, DJ Huerre, and Demuja, the Mystical Choices EP is Perdu’s debut on the label, delivering three sun-tinged tribal outings that deftly combine acoustic and electronic worlds. As the the press release states, the EP is “a last-ditch effort to keep the sun shining and the temperature high,” and it coaxes out the last drips of summer with a standout set of hypnotic grooves full of ritualistic chants, rolling, body-moving percussion lines, and subtle synth flourishes. 

In support of the release, which can be grabbed on vinyl here, Let’s Play House has offered up “Saromosa,” the EP’s loopy and hallucinatory opening cut, as today’s XLR8R download, available via WeTransfer below.

Mystical Choices is set for a digital release on September 28.
