Longstanding LA producer Daedelus opts for a minimal approach on his most recent remix endeavor, a reworking of “Snow White” by fellow SoCal artists Touché (a.k.a. Twin Shadow‘s Bram Inscore and Alex Lilly of Obi Best/The Bird and The Bee, pictured above). During this beat-driven production, Daedelus seems to narrow in on a few of the original’s elements, namely the murderous and flattened synths and the oddly placed woodwinds, highlighting them against a blank canvas of otherwise sonically empty space.
