While he’s been busy celebrating half a decade of music on his Buzzin’ Fly imprint and DJing regularly, Ben Watt hasn’t unleashed a new gem of his own in a good three years. Thus, the announcement of his single “Guinea Pig” is cause for more celebration.

Come October 20, fans of deep, dark dance music will be able to weave the new track into their DJ sets. Watt sampled be-bop pianos for the song, stringing them into a mix of synths, moody basslines, and tastefully subtle vocals dipped in a bit of reverb. The flipside features an instrumental of the track.
