Laurence Matthew Blake (a.k.a. Citizen) appears to be a man of many talents. He’s not only responsible for the new Vantity EP, which dropped on Australia’s burgeoning Templar imprint earlier this week, but Blake has also released a video for the title track, which he directed himself. Enlisting the talents of a vogue dancer known as Benjamin i-D, the London-based up-and-comer’s video steers clear of storytelling and instead focuses the attention on i-D’s gentle, abstract movements—all while the heavy-handed house roller unfolds.
