Over his career, Romanian DJ/producer Cosmin TRG has released music with Hessle Audio, Hemlock, Running Back, Rush Hour, 50Weapons, and a number of other reputable imprints, building an impressively wide-spanning catalog in the process. Now, Cosmin TRG will add a label of his own to that list, with plans to launch the Fizic imprint with a new two-track 12″ in June. A press release explains that TRG’s new label will focus on “releasing esoteric techno aimed largely at the dancefloor and purely from his own studio.” Furthermore, Fizic is said to come from the producer’s need for “a more personal, dedicated approach, [and] a desire for artistic freedom.”

Set to drop on June 2, Fizic’s inaugural release will feature two new Cosmin TRG productions, whose “heavyweight slabs of deep, texturally rich techno” are said to set the tone for the label moving forward. Before Fizic 01 launches Cosmin TRG’s new label endeavor in the weeks to come, the artwork and tracklist for the forthcoming 12″ are included below.
