Danish production duo Kenton Slash Demon (a.k.a. Silas Moldenhawer and Jonas Kenton) will release its Harpe/Syko 12″ via Australian label Future Classic on September 11.

Originally started as a side project to the indie-electro group When Saints Go Machine—of which Moldenhawer and Kenton make up one half—Kenton Slash Demon has gone on to release a slew of critically acclaimed releases and will be the first Danish artists signed to Future Classic.

Opening with twisted, almost unrecognizable vocal samples and swelling waves of noise, the nostalgic-tinged “Syko” is a beautiful, organic slice of house music reminiscent of the likes DJ Koze and his Pampa label. It’s the slightly darker, low-slung brother to the previously released “Harpe,” perfect for getting lost on the dancefloor in the early hours of the morning.

Ahead of its official release later this week, you can stream “Skyo” in full below.
