Seven Davis Jr. is returning to Ninja Tune with his first new material of the year—the Dancing On The Sun EP, which will hit stores on May 27.

Vocalist and producer Samuel Davis (a.k.a. Seven Davis Jr.) first made his mark on electronic music back in 2013, and has since released a number of EPs with Ninja Tune, as well as last year’s Universes album. His next release promises to pick up the thread where he left off with the LP, with a variety of different funked-up cuts, from jacking dancefloor tracks, to the downtempo “Spliffs.” For the EP, Davis enlisted the help of Silver Tiger and Atari Josh on drums and bass respectively.
