Bristol-based DJ and producer Aphix will release his sophomore EP, Chemtrails, on May 27 via Montreal-based imprint Infinite Machine.

Following on from his debut EP, Ruby Grooves, Chemtrails further extends the rising producers bass-heavy output with three cuts of atmospheric eeriness. Deconstructing standard genre conventions, Aphix’s music is muscular, intricate, and thoughtfully produced, sounding familiar and alien all at once—a space in which Infinite Machine has also made its own.
