It certainly doesn’t feel like it’s been years since a long-player arrived from the UK experimentalists of Autechre, but we’ve just been reminded that that is indeed the case, as IDM veterans Rob Brown and Sean Booth announced that they will release their follow-up to Oversteps almost three years later to the date. Exai is another massive offering from the duo, a double-CD/four-LP album clocking in just over two hours. The record spans 17 tracks, and will be released on March 5, 2013.
