Bambounou has announced that his first full-length album, Orbiting, is on its way, courtesy of Modeselektor’s 50Weapons imprint. In a press release, the 22-year-old Parisian producer born Jeremy Guindo says he started with a minimalist approach for his LP, and strove for a balance of key techno tracks and dancefloor bangers. “Even though I feel the tracks are all quite different within their own right, they still come under the umbrella of ’90s house and techno mixed with some kind of bass music,” Bambounou explains.
