In the midst of a North American tour—which includes a stop at Icee Hot’s SXSW showcase this Friday—the Bicep duo has announced plans to return to the Aus imprint with a new EP next month. The four-track Stash EP is said to find the Belfast-born pair going deeper than it did on its previous outing for the label, even taking on a bit more of a “lo-fi style” according the press release, which also lists a rather unexpected combination of influences for the record including “King Street Sounds, HBO’s The Wire, and Aphex Twin.” No audio preview has surfaced yet, but the EP’s xtracklist and artwork can be found below. Stash will see a release on April 15.
