The young UK upstarts and former XLR8R podcast contributors of Bondax have shared a full stream of “Fires,” a warm, vocal-led cut said to come from the pair’s forthcoming debut LP. Featuring London vocalist Josh Record, the sweetly languid “Fires” is a bit less dancefloor-friendly than most might expect, coming in more along the lines of a soul-dripping slow-jam than the summery house music Bondax is better known for. Though no other details have surfaced as of yet, the tune is said to come from the pair’s upcoming debut full-length, which will land sometime in 2014.
