The newest addition to the FACT mix series comes from Stanford PhD student and recent RVNG Intl. signee Holly Herndon. In the mix, the San Francisco-based technoist, whose Movement LP we reviewed near the end of last year, further explores themes from the album, such as processing the human voice and her obsession with the computer. Though no tracklist has been provided, FACT speculates that most of the mix is made of her own compositions. The often sporadic and moody sounds carry with them an intellectual edge, and are all available to stream and download below.
