Cityfox’s Brooklyn Mirage to Return This Summer
The 6000-person capacity venue has been given the green light by the New York State Liquor Authority.
Earlier this week, New York’s Liquor Authority gave the green light to Cityfox‘s plans to reopen their 6,000-person capacity venue, Avant Gardner.
The Bushwick venue was closed last June due to safety violations cited by the city but will return in the coming weeks following a year of campaigning and lobbying. The venue will, according to Cityfox, hold afternoon-into-late-night events (with closing time set for 4:30 am), as well as corporate parties, art events, filming, photo shoots, and other gatherings. The Brooklyn Mirage, which has hosted the likes of Thugfucker, Henrick Schwarz, and Dixon, is the venue’s outdoor offering.
Stay tuned for a full summer program to come.
